| In the rural area of the municipality of Utrecht, towards Oud-Zuilen, is this Low German house (aisled hall house), called Landlust. In this type of farm, the living space is at the front with the barn behind it with stables on either side. "Landlust" was, in its early history, part of Slot Zuylen. The whole now has a residential function and has the status of municipal monument. | |
In het buitengebied van de gemeente Utrecht, richting Oud-Zuilen, staat deze hallenhuisboerderij, genaamd Landlust. Bij dit type boerderij bedint zich de woonruimte aan de voorzijde met daarachter de deel met aan weerszijden stallen. "Landlust" maakte, in haar vroege geschiedenis, deel uit van Slot Zuylen. Het geheel heeft nu een woonfunctie en heeft de status gemeentelijk monument. |
